One-to-One
Spend time with your own personal coach and get coaching tailored around you and your paddling. One-to-one sessions allow our coach to make a personal assessment of your paddling and work with you to progress, without having to consider the needs and progress of anyone else. The venue, tasks, themes and challenges will be chosen specifically to give you the maximum gains. One-to-one sessions can be physically demanding but are always very rewarding. We believe that our 90% student return rate shows just how high the quality of our personalised sessions are.
We offer one-off sessions to give you a quick boost; or long-term personalised development plans. With long-term students, we look at motivations, mental preparation and fitness (where appropriate) as well as technical skills development to give an all-round progression.
Long-term students will get a special discounted rate depending on the number of sessions they wish to book.

Small groups
If you have a couple of friends keen to work on similar goals, booking one of our coaches works out at fantastic value. Having coaching with the buddies you normally go paddling with can have many benefits: you can observe and learn from one another; we can look at your group dynamics; and by learning what each other’s strengths and weakness are, you’ll be able to work together to progress further and faster once your time with our coach is over. We find these private bookings are hugely effective, we love that we continue to get updates on the positive impact we’ve had on people’s paddling for years after the session!

Large Groups
Clubs and larger groups can get even further discounts when booking any of our courses, whether it’s a British Canoeing course, trip guiding, freestyle workshop or anything else. Get in touch and we can arrange something totally bespoke for your group.
